1. About RefNook

RefNook is an independent marketplace that lists referral codes and links for third-party apps, submitted and voted on by the community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands listed. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the app a code is for.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use RefNook. Browsing, searching, copying codes and voting require no account. Submitting a code requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

3. Community codes — important disclaimer

Referral codes and links on RefNook are submitted by users, not by us or by the brands. Reward amounts, eligibility and terms are set by the brands and can change or expire at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any code will work, that any reward will be paid, or that the information shown is accurate or current. You use codes at your own discretion and are subject to each brand’s own terms.

4. Your submissions

When you submit content to RefNook, you agree that:

• You have the right to share it, and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not submit spam, expired or fake codes, malware, or anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
• You grant RefNook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your submission on the site.
• We may review, edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion, and we may hold submissions for unlisted brands until they are approved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the site.
• Attempt to manipulate votes, rankings, or listings.
• Interfere with the site’s security or normal operation.
• Use RefNook for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The RefNook name, design, and original content are owned by RefNook. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the site grants you any right to use a third party’s trademarks.

7. Disclaimers

RefNook is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that codes will function as described.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefNook and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of a code, your reliance on any listing, or your dealings with any third-party brand.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RefNook harmless from any claim arising out of content you submit or your misuse of the site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to RefNook, or remove content, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. As RefNook expands to other regions, additional or local terms may apply to users there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of RefNook after changes means you accept the updated terms.
